EA and NGP VAN will undergo annual system recovery testing.
Sites will not be placed into maintenance mode during this work; however, users may experience some degraded performance using certain digital tools, such as Advocacy, Online Actions and Targeted Email, as well as intermittent timeouts, including during login.
Users are recommended to try their operation again or wait until the completion of the maintenance window.
