An update has been implemented to remediate the issue impacting overall email deliverability into Yahoo & AOL domains. We have been, and will continue, monitoring email deliverability performance to ensure there is no regression.
Separately, we are in the process of resubscribing impacted contact records. This effort is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the end of the week.

Working with an external partner, and continuing our direct engagement with AOL/Yahoo, we have taking a few steps to improve the current email deliverability challenges with AOL/Yahoo. While it may take more time before we see improved results following these completed actions, we are monitoring very closely to ensure the issue is addressed. Monitoring
We’ve identified an issue affecting deliverability statistics displayed in the application between November 14–21, which may underreport actual email sent statistics. Due to server capacity issues, the email sent counts were not recorded and cannot be restored/corrected for this period. Please note that the reported open and click rates remain accurate for this period, so please refer to these metrics to assess overall email performance. Salsa email deliverability rates continue to exceed 90%.
Separately, we are engaged with Yahoo to address deliverability delays into their domain. While email volume to the Yahoo domain is a smaller percent of overall traffic, we will continue to work with Yahoo to address further delays.
